Paul and Ellen, welcome you to stay at our home in the pleasant market town of Kingsbridge, Devon.

Our detached house is situated in a quite residential area of the town. It is an easy 5 minute stroll downhill to the river, 10 minutes into the town centre, and perhaps 15 minutes back! If the walk back is too much, then the local shuttle bus comes by hourly, and stops just outside!

We offer rooms suitable for singles, couples and small families.

We are open 365 days a year. We offer a fair room rate that does not change throughout the seasons, and there are discounts for children. Our charges are 60 GBP for a couple and 40 GBP for a single person.
