Paul and Ellen, welcome you to stay at our home in the pleasant market town of Kingsbridge, Devon.

Our detached house is situated in a quite residential area of the town. It is an easy 5 minute stroll downhill to the river, 10 minutes into the town centre, and perhaps 15 minutes back! If the walk back is too much, then the local shuttle bus comes by hourly, and stops just outside!

We offer rooms suitable for singles, couples and small families.

We are open 365 days a year. We offer a fair room rate of £27.50 per person, per night for couples and £35 per night for singles using a double room. The rate does not change throughout the seasons, and there are discounts for children.
